My Hobbies

I LOVE scrapbooking! I've documented every moment of each of our
children's lives. Every time I grab the camera, they holler out
"scrapbook page"!

I love to read...my favorite genre, of course, is
Suspense/Mystery/Thriller

On Faith...

Being centered in my faith has always been a vital part of who I am.
Knowing Jesus on a personal level is like having your best friend with you all
the time.  He's my Rock, my Supporter, my Fortress, my Intercessor, but
most importantly, my Saviour.

On Writing.....

All my life, I've been writing.  Whether in diaries, journals, short stories,
poetry, or fiction, I've always been drawn to the storytelling aspect in life. I
love everything about books--the way they look, the way they smell, the way
they feel.

On Family...

I've been happily married to the same man for twenty-two years--he's my
husband, my friend, and the other half of my soul.  We have three beautiful
daughters-Emily Carol, Remington Case, and Isabella Co-Ceaux, and two
precious grandsons, Benton and Zayden.  We proudly live in the South, with
all its hospitality and days-of-ole traditions.
I was very honored to have been elected  President of ACFW for 2007
and 2008. In 2009, I began my position with ACFW as Conference
Director. It's a wonderful organization with industry professionals
who are all so helpful. Check out our
website...I hope to see some of
you visiting there!

Official Bio (Permission Granted to Copy for Promotional Use)

Born and raised in Louisiana, Robin Caroll is a southerner through and through. Her passion has always been to tell
stories to entertain others. Robin’s mother, bless her heart, is a genealogist who instilled in Robin the deep love of family
and pride of heritage—two aspects Robin weaves into each of her books. When she isn’t writing, Robin spends time with
her husband of twenty years, her three beautiful daughters, one precious grandson, and their four character-filled pets at
home—in the South, where else? She gives back to the writing community by serving as Conference Director for ACFW.
Her books have finaled/placed in such contests as RT Reviewer's Choice, Bookseller's Best, and Book of the Year. An
avid reader herself, Robin loves hearing from and chatting with other readers. Although her favorite genre to read is
mystery/suspense, of course, she’ll read just about any good story. Except historicals!
